Imagine a young engineer with a passion for racket sports, innovation and design,
working for one of the Big Four (the world's 4 largest consulting firms). It was in this
stimulating and demanding environment that the Ace One adventure began.
The start of a new era.
During this period, Léo had the opportunity to carry out market research for a client on the Padel market, not only in France, but also in Europe and more widely throughout theworld.
This assignment introduced him to a fascinating and fast-growing sport: Padel.
Revolutionizing the padel industry.
Little by little, he fell under the spell of this dynamic sport. However, despite his growing passion, he couldn't find a racket that perfectly met his expectations in terms of technical features and design.
Faced with this frustration, he decided to take matters into his own hands.
