RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws in France and the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without needing to provide any justification.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused,

  • returned in its original condition,

  • and in its original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and protective elements).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect item).

Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, we will process your refund within a maximum of 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. The product must not have been used, damaged, or degraded in any way. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@aceonepadel.com. We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items or products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. This right is in addition to our satisfaction guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Delivery Information

For your reference, here are our standard delivery timeframes and costs:

In France:

  • Delivery within 2 to 4 working days on average.
  • Free delivery for orders of 200 euros or more.
  • Below 200 euros, delivery costs 6.50€.

In Europe and overseas territories:

  • Delivery within 3 to 8 working days on average.
  • Delivery charged at 10.50€.
  • Free delivery for orders of 300 euros or more.

International:

  • Delivery within 5 to 8 working days on average.
  • Delivery charged at 25€.
  • Free delivery for orders of 400 euros or more.
