What are your delivery times?

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from France. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days within mainland France and 2 to 5 working days across the rest of Europe. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our store.

Can I return my racket if it doesn't suit me?

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return your racket, with free returns from France and Europe. The racket must be in its original condition, unused in official matches, and returned with its cover and protections. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive the parcel.

How do I take care of my racket to make it last?

Always store it in a cover or closed bag, avoid impacts against the ground or glass walls, and never leave it exposed to extreme temperatures (for example, in a car boot in direct sunlight). A well-maintained racket keeps its performance throughout its lifespan.

Are ACE ONE rackets covered by a warranty?

All our rackets come with a 2-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (delamination, frame breakage under normal use). Natural wear and tear (surface, paint, foam) is not covered. To make a claim, simply contact us with a few photos.

Can I exchange an item of clothing if the size doesn't fit?

Yes, and it's easy. You have 14 days from receipt to request a size exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags still attached. Simply email us at contact@aceonepadel.com with your order number. If the requested size is out of stock, a full refund will be offered.
