Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee or refund policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The racket must not have been used, damaged, or degraded in any way. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Rackets purchased during sales or private sales are not eligible for reimbursement. 

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@aceonepadel.com. We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

After-Sales Warranty

We offer a 3-month after-sales warranty for major manufacturing defects on the racket. If you experience any issues related to manufacturing defects within this period, please contact us at contact@aceonepadel.com. Our after-sales service is carried out in our workshop in Spain.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items or products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. This right is in addition to our satisfaction guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Delivery Information

For your reference, here are our standard delivery timeframes and costs:

In France:

• Delivery within 2 to 4 working days on average.
• Free delivery for orders of 200 euros or more.
• Below 200 euros, delivery costs 6.50€.

In Europe and overseas territories:

• Delivery within 3 to 8 working days on average.
• Delivery charged at 10.50€.
• Free delivery for orders of 300 euros or more.

International:

• Delivery within 5 to 8 working days on average.
• Delivery charged at 25€.
• Free delivery for orders of 400 euros or more.
